Ficelle Boulangerie & Patisserie newly opened few months ago at Taman Desa. It's only few steps away from my home, so NEAR huh! It's a restaurant under the same management as Levain at off jalan imbi so the design and serving are similar!

Ficelle is smaller if compare to Levain but the environment is great especially dine-in on the weekends morning as there's no so crowded! Ficelle provides outdoor seating area only!

Tuna Alio Olio spaghetti and Tabasco Beef Spaghetti simply delicious!
I love the croissant, its really taste good!

I found the lil sweet thingy among the bread selection. It is Chocolate Bioche with sugar icing on top! It store in the fridge so it taste somehow like a chocolate cream puff! yummy!

Ben's, another bright idea by BIG. Ben's two outlets: sixth floor in Pavilion Shopping Mall and Suria KLCC. It is a restaurant serving international cuisine, the menu ranges from refreshing appetizers and salads, hearty main courses, delicious snacks and luscious desserts.

I went to Ben's Pavilion & KLCC both outlets for lunch during last weekends! Ben's Pavilion beautifully decorated with wooden wall and airy outdoor al-fresco, cozy ambience and good place to go for delicious food!

It was a Friday noon, three of us headed over to Orchard for great food!
PS.Cafe- A Refuge For Social Gathering, Good Food & Wine which features European, Western & Asian Cuisine.It has four outlets in Singapore : Ann Siang Hill, Harding Road, Paragon & Palais Renaissance.

This is PS.Cafe @ Palais Renaissance

PS.Cafe, Palais will definitely surprises you with their great good and ambience! It will take a moment when you walk through the door as you will be attracted by its chic and classy interior. Let's have a look !

You will feel warm when dining in PS as the european furnished layout with black & white color combination is pretty decent, well, the dim lighting is always the added advantage for the entire ambience.

There is alfresco area of the cafe with greenery surroundings if you prefer dine-in in an outdoor section.

Starting a day with a perfect meal is such a wonderful thing!
First, English breakfast to kick start your day.

Next is the main course, don't judge a book by its cover. The portions of each main course is pretty big and i would suggest you to have sharing :p

DS Angelhair Pasta ( 32SGD) recommended by the waitress.
The taste of the pasta is very nice. I like the slices of smoked duck on top.

PS Chicken In The Basket (26 SGD)
Lightly breaded chicken tenders served with their house fries, veggie sticks and 2 kinds of dips

DS Smk Game Quiche (23SGD)
It looks like a desserts but its a main course which is smoked duck with vegetables pickles.

Food here is goes to a bit pricy but it's worth for its quality and environment.
It's a great place for you to have brunch/lunch/dinner and a perfect place for you to laze around on a relaxing weekends!

That's all about the PS.Cafe which i visited last two weeks. A great dining experience to me and recommend all of u to try it out!
Besides the main course, desserts is the things that i would go for next time :D

阿嬷早日康复

今天竟然意外的在530pm准时放工晚餐后就起程回家了！一路上大塞车三个半小时才抵达!
过后到了医院探望阿嬷那时已经时临晨12点阿嬷趟在病床上正要入睡！
阿嬷阿嬷我们来看你了！
上星期阿嬷情况还不是很理想，但是今晚看到阿嬷的精神好了很多，很开心！真的很高兴！看到阿嬷病情好转我真的太高兴了！哈哈哈哈哈哈
希望阿嬷一天比一天更精神我们大家都在等着您呢！

送阿嬷太阳花希望阿嬷早日康复！

Mid Valley surprises me with their incredible decoration in the mall always!
Well, this time, Pirates of the Caribbean has appeared in the mall! For the fellow fans of pirates of caribbean, you may take a look of it! It's pretty awesome!

I've no idea how they built this up but i can feel their effort into it! great job :D

Frozen Yogurt has hit the town! There's a lot of frozen yogurt has grow rapidly recently such as tutti frutti, snogurt, spoon and etc. Well, i spotted 'Moo Cow Frozen Yogurt' as the logo and design are very cute!
'Moo Cow' Frozen Yogurt has new opened at The Gardens' MidValley on 14th May 2011.
it strategically located at the level 3 just between Sushi Zanmai and Fong Lye Restaurant.
What a nice location as it always packed with people!

i was first attracted by those cute illustration on the wall. 'mamalia' 'siti maria' 'sophia' is the name of those creatures!

The seating area looks comfortable and well decorated like a farm house hehe!

The left one is Rootbeer flavor with sunflower seed on top!
Right one is the original flavor with orea!
The portion is quite big and price is reasonable.

it's sooooooooooo good!

Look at the price below, it's so much reasonable if compare to its competitor right!

Grab one of moo cow in original flavor or seasonal flavor (Wheat grass or Rootbeer) with topping of your choice!

贡茶 Gong Cha

Gong Cha is a popular bubble tea from Taiwan, it uses high-quality tea leaves that are brewed fresh on a daily basis. I've heard some good comments about their signature milk tea before and yes finally GONG CHA has opened its second outlet at The Gardens, MidValley!
I have the chance to try it out on last Friday night!

Due to their signature milk tea has been sold out so i've ordered milk tea with black pearl, the most basic bubble tea! It cost RM 5.90 !

It taste refreshing and nice! i love it!

Well, i missed the taste of Gong Cha so that i went to their subang outlet on the next day!

That's their signature of Milk Green Tea with topped of generous and creamy layer of fresh milk foam with white pearls added! The texture of their white pearl is chewable and special!
*RM1.50 white pearl add on.

There's three ways to teach you how to enjoy this drink:
1. Milk Moustache
Without stirring, sip the tea from the top layer of milk foam to get a creamy, satisfying mouthful of the flavour of fresh milk accentuated by the more complex flavours of the tea.

2. Tea Off

反锁记

五一劳动节放大假！
开开心心准备出去吃晚餐门铃响了 y来了正要开门时门却打不开！
反复弄了弄锁匙还是打不开这是什么回事？当时独自在家的我真的是没法子啊～
把锁匙从窗户递出去给y 请他从门外开一开心想门应该会开的，但是...并没有！
他在门口努力的尝试而我...却被门给反锁了！虽然锁匙一转的确有把门开启的声音但是就不知道为什么门还是打不开！
就这样我在里面开他在外面开...
后来决定就把门锁给翘开看看到底里面发生什么事，但是螺丝转开后里面一切正常，可是门缝中看见好像是有什么卡在里面了！我想这下有点难了

家里什么都没有铁锤钳子都没有... ...
y决定到楼下找锁将来帮忙但是当时外面下着很打很打的雷雨！又是雷雨！而且劳动节谁工作？
上网google看看附近有没有24小时开锁服务，但是打了几通没人接听！楼下保安更是见死不救竟然说了一句 ‘我们也不可以帮到什么’ ！就这样 y 独自回来拿了车上的 ‘双节棍’，决定来敲给它烂！

先是用螺丝起子想把卡在门锁里的东西给翘开但是徒劳无工

再来就是我们所用的工具
y的‘双节棍’ dynamo 塑胶片剪刀螺丝起子刀片西餐到指甲剪都一一派上用场

就这样一来一往 y在门外很努力的用‘双节棍’敲啊撞啊，我在里面很努力的敲啊转啊，
过了半小时 ...没有起色，y决定用踢的！
这一踢，真的很大声很大声，我在里面看见整个门在抖，旁边的碗橱也在抖，踢了五下门还是没开，我心想这么大的巨响，隔壁邻居却无人文津！ ‘双节棍’ 敲得真的很大声但是没人理会与帮忙，唉感叹啊城市人～还是劳动节大家都不在家呢？

第一踢不成功
继续我们的敲啊撞啊转啊翘啊又过了半小时
我决定再用踢的方法因为我觉得会真的把门给踢开

这第二踢踢了四下真的好不容易踢开了！！！！！！！！！
哈哈哈哈哈哈不枉费y的回旋踢！
妈妈说门被踢开，那么脚不是肿了？哈哈

门被踢开了哈哈！

可是连另外一个锁也坏了...

就是它罪魁祸首！
这个东西藏在门缝里打不开，真的气死了！

这是后来把它回复原貌的模样
想说制造假象以防不法之徒哈哈从门外看还算不错！

就这样我的劳动节晚上－被困在家，好不容易把门开打，装回，后来出去吃了晚餐就回家了，这样结束了我的假期～

Vincci Renovation Sales!

I got to say shoes from vincci is not that comfortable but the price is so much affordable, so, for the money sake, people buy vincci! I passed by Vincci Mid Valley everyday and there's super packed with people recently, yes, crazy people grabbing shoes like there's no tomorrow! You can see all guys taking handbags and standing outside of the shop and some of guys holding shoes for their gf and some of them queue and pay. It's quite a funny scene!
At the beginning, the price of shoes stated 50% off, then, 70%.
Now, Further Mark Down- all shoes in Vincci from RM10 to RM30/pairs.

Hohoho no wonder, i saw all the ladies came out with at least two bags with a big smile on face! Well, comfortable is always consideration when buying a pair of shoes but i was totally forget everything when i stepped into the shop and started pick my shoes size and blablabla... ended up me and sister bought 8 pairs of shoes in a very short time. It's very limited space for you to try it on and all the shoes scattered on the track and floor, can you imagine?
All in a MESS!
Fuhhh, its quite hard to get cheaper things...

All shoes that we bought are in a same color tone!
But, i really dunno why i bought so many pair of shoes which i'm not going to wear it always haha not really care and jus buy it since its cheap!

另人生气的一场雨就在今天
以前一直很喜欢下雨现在越来越讨厌！
偏偏在5:30pm的时候下了这么大的雷雨天啊我可被你害惨了 :(
呈现进退两难不知所措的局面走也不是留也不是衣服包包全湿了
想像当时情景没有人可以了解真的

这个时候只希望我是在车里。。。

回到家发现干的衣服全部也都湿了唉～

皈依活动

今天我们去皈依！

东禅寺举办甘露灌顶三皈依活动，上星期得知后马上报名参加！就在今天一大早到了东禅寺,天气好得不得了，报到处登记后就在东禅寺逛逛，等到中午十二点仪式才正式开始！

参与皈依三宝，五戒的人数众多！
念经跪拜 ...

一直到了下午两点，仪式才正式结束！

我拿到了我的证书！法名叫‘無亦'

大姐叫 ‘無悦' 二姐叫 ‘無弦'
恭喜我们成为了正式的佛教徒！

Jarrod & Rawlins, a restaurant that i had brunch on the day after valentine's day!
Here we go...

Jarrod & Rawlins has three outles where are bukit damansara, sri hartamas and ampang walk! I decided on the damansara height outlets which is located at lorong dungun, its quite easy to find the place! I like J&R very much because of their hearty breakfast set as well as the drinks and the air-conditioning environment and open air courtyard behind of the shop ☀

Once you stepped into the shop, you can see there's an alcohol selection and meat selection on your left! There's a cosy fine dining restaurant upstairs but it was too bad the section closed.

We choose to sit at the outdoor area shaded by surrounding trees and garden. Sunny comfy with great companion and good food, what a day ☀

Garden itself with quite a space suitable for private functions or birthday events! A small playground for kids as well as the outdoor terrace are perfect for the sunny lovers!

'The Full Works' will definitely wakes you up in the early morning and lasted until dinner time! It's served with coffee/tea and orange juice! It's worth to give it a try, very yummmmy!

BANGKOK, i'm coming!

I am very excited to go Bangkok tomorrow!
This is the first travel in 2011, a good year starts with a good plan, haha! Hopefully, i shall travel more in this year! haha :p

Booked the flight for 5 days 4 nights Bangkok trip in October, 2010.
Bought two Bangkok guide books to know more details!

Did some research and arranged the time table for the trip!
Chatuchak weekends market, Platinum Fashion Mall, Siam Paragon and etc are in the list!
Flight, hotel, luggage, passport, Thai Baht are well prepared!

Time flies, two months later, here we go!

2010 was pretty awesome to me because i've graduated, i got my degree in professional design, i learnt a lot of things from people around, i went to many places and see a lot of different things and culture & etc. I'm gonna summarize all the things in one post on the very last day of 2010.

First, the chinese New Year 2010. Gong Xi Fa Chai.
After cny, we went to Singapore to send my younger sister off to Taiwan.

Next, is my London Trip!
First time to London, love ♥ it very very much! Weather is cool, people are nice, everything surrounding were jus so amazing! I saw a lot of different things in London, shop a lot at Oxford Street, taste their food, walk around their market and learn their culture ! Two weeks time was just no enough, i shall revisit London again some day! hohoho :p

In my previous post about Tamarind Spring, i didn't post any large picture but it was definitely an amazing dining! I recommend every of u can give it a try, it is worth to visit! Well, in the early of Dec, i've visited this restaurant named- Bora Asmara.

Bora Asmara is a Balinese-themed restaurant located at Kampung Sungai Penchala. This is a restaurant nestled in a malay kampung which quite far away from town and not so easy to find. This is a special dining experience which can feel the fresh air surrounded and the romantic environment! There's a live band performance on weekends night, give it a try!
The time when we arrived was around 9pm but still crowded with people because there's an event there!

You can choose either dine in beside the pond, outdoor or indoor with air-cond.

You would be greeted by the wooden door entrance, Balinese decoration and the romantic lighting when you arrived Bora Asmara.

BORAOMBAK is the restaurant that we dined-in.

SMOKEHOUSE Restaurant & Bar, a homely English themed restaurant located at Bangsar. This restaurant well decorated with English furniture and decorations, it created the warmth ambience for customer.
SMOKEHOUSE is well known of their delicious scones although i didn't manage to try but soon i will revisit again! Scones, is my favourite which mostly used for High Tea in English. I really wanted to try their signature high tea set which is the three tiered platter with scones, sandwiches, cakes and coffee!

Smokehouse is not only serving the traditional English but also featuring the authentic Thai food!

I had a pleasant dinner on Christmas eve with loves ♥

People are good, presents are cool, food are superb!
Lets check it out this restaurant named 'Betty's Midwest Kitchen @ Aman Suria, PJ.' A restaurant serving America Midwest cuisine with a range of main courses, appetizer, side dishes, desserts and drinks.
'It's homey food with simple and hearty yet tasty and nourishing.'
Betty's is not a spacious restaurant but the food serving is quite efficient! Restaurant well decorated with a lot of american style photo and piggy thingy! It's a cozy and homey dining here!

We waited around 30 mins to be served and it was packed with people, couple and families!
Because it is reservation-free on Fri, Sat, Sun, Eve and Public holiday so, if you are planning to go on weekdays then better make a reservation!

Okay, now let's see how's the FOOD!

First, is Christmas Platter.
Roast Turkey, Ham and Bacon enough for 1-2 person RM66(thighs), RM52(Breast)

Second, America Country Fried Chicken with green peas. RM15
Fried chicken is so delicious! The chicken is tender yet juicy and the skin is crispy and crunchy!
It's well mixed with the gravy and mash potatoes!

This is Baby Back Ribs (350gm) RM32.50
Baby back ribs marinated in special rub and grilled to succulent tenderness. Served with coleslaw and fries!
This is tasty and the portion is quite big.

Aglio Olio with Mushrooms RM13.50
Spaghetti sauteed in olive oil, garlic, bacon and mushrooms.
After finished up all the main courses, we give it a try to order the pasta! Well, it never disappoints us!

The side dish/appetizer named 'DOG FOOD' RM9
Fries drenched in gravy, topped with cheese and oven cooked

We attracted by its name so we ordered it.
But to be honest, the name of this dish is ewwwwww and it is like placing the frieds on a dog's bowl! We about to cancel the order while waiting to be served cos the gravy on top looks not so nice :p Luckily the staff was too busy to entertain us, so we stick to this order in the end! Thankfully, this 'Dog Food' is so effing tasty!!!
The fries are so crispy perfect matched with the home-made gravy! Gosh, it so NICEEEEEE!!!!
It's crispy yet cheezy! A MUST order when u dine in here!

Desserts, we had the Apple Curmble with Vanilla Ice Cream RM8
Another dessert that we didn't order is Bread Pudding with Vanilla Ice Cream, that one looks so tempting as well!

Bud's Ice Cream 2 scoops for only RM6.50
Betty's Midwest Kitchen claimed that is one of the world best ice cream!
Strawberry and Macadamia flavor, niceee!

Overall to Betty's Midwest Kitchen is so GREAT! Worth a visit and revisit :P
Try out their authentic and traditional cuisine of the heartland of America!

After all the delicious food. It's our time to exchange gift!

I've planned this gift exchange on the Christmas 2010! Thanks for people who made it and it was a great night out with everyone of you! We're graduated and going to live our own life, working in different places, we may no seeing each other that often, so, i think we shall make it once/twice every year!!! A gathering, a reunion!

Time is passes with a blink of an eye, i've successfully complete my 4 years degree.
We all went to campus to pay the last payment, rehearsal for the procession in convocation, collected the gown and now waiting for the big day which is December 18th, 2010.
Yes, i am graduating in two days time, it is a beginning of a new chapter in my life. I have to say thanks for the people who have been through with me for the four years and I am wishing all of u have a better and brighter future, yay! Congratulations to all graduates, we're graduating real soon!

Shopping Malls turns into Christmas City!

December is meant to be a happening month because Christmas is around the corner and the new year is coming soon! I've on my festive mood early of the month as Christmas is one of my favourite festival in a year and i can feel the Christmas atmosphere in the air whenever i go! I've went through some of the shopping malls in KL, look at the pictures below, are their Christmas decoration awesome?

First, FUNTOYSTIC.
It is the theme of Mid Valley Megamall Christmas Decoration 2010.

From the word 'TOYS', you could imagine there are a lot of toys in the mall! Exactly, a lot.
All the toys are gathered around the center court of MidValley with the christmas tree and snowmen, soldiers, clown, ballerina and even more!

This is the character performance and it has a lot of activities as well.

I like the decorations in Midvalley and i was impressed when i first saw it.
It was packed with people, you can see a lot of shoppers, photographers, families, couples were bringing the camera and non-stop taking photo with all the characters in every corner! It is only part of the decoration in the mall, they still have the north court and south court as well as The Garden MidValley!

Huge Bear is the main role among all the toys in center court. All the bears are huge and tall and soft, it is definitely catch ur first attention and will not miss the photo session with it!
hehe :p

Are they thoughtful? Even the parking ticket is change to the Funtoystic picture! i like.

Next, COME HOME!
It is the themed of One Utama Christmas Decorations 2010.

'The warmth of laughter resonances the chilling air with children bopping and serenanding Christmas jingles. Cottages and Christmas trees are picturesquely masked with brazenly white snowflakes. It is a "homely gathering" occasion.'

They set up cottages for shoppers to go through every 'home' and shop for the christmas gift like
Famous Amos, Lovely Lace, L'occitance, Twinings, Memory Lane, Cold Storage and etc.

At the centre court, there are a lot of mesmerizing performances and activities such as Christmas Choir, dance performance, orchestra and so on. It brings the Christmas mood to you!

The Christmas decoration in One Utma is bringing the entire shopping malls to become more happening. Snowflake is covered around the centre court as well as the ideas of cottages is beautifully decorated, worth to visit!

Next, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur.

Pavilion is always goes well with the classy modern style, look at the gold and red combination of the decorations are pretty magnificient ! I didn't manage to capture every corner but few of the photos in the malls- This is the centre court decorations.

Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!
The artificial snow is falling in Pavilion at 8pm every night!

Next, LEGO!
Come Celebrate Lego Christmas at Bangsar Village II 2010.

What a special Christmas trees among all these huh.
It is the tallest Lego Christmas Tree in Asia with 7 metres high by 850,000 bricks!

Let's close up the this unique Lego Christmas Tree! You can see the Christmas gift, candy cane stick, Santa Claus, snowman all up there! It's so cute huh!

Season's Greeting by Sunway Pyramid!
Fantasia Extravaganza is the themed of Christmas decoration 2010 in Sunway Pyramid.

Nothing much for the decoration in Sunway Pyramid if compares to the rest but still well decorated and brings the christmas mood to everyone!

This is the decorations in Sunway hotel.

Some other shopping malls like the curve, empire subang are pretty well decorated. Its waste for not taking all the photos of the christmas decorations but still 2 weeks to go for me :p
Perhaps there's gonna have more up here!

I've been through so many sleepless day and nights, finally got everything done! Yes, i've submitted all the assignments on this Tuesday - The Advertising 15 ads and Journal, Graphic Design Portfolio, Promo items, Teaser posters and Journal. I thought i can't do so many things in so little time but who knows i really made it, haha! I have to make it tough or else i can't have graduation ceremony with all the lovely classmates! Congrats.

I was no blogging for so many days due to the heavy homeworks! We were actually free in the beginning of the semester 8 but hell busy on the last few weeks! Oh nightmare! It was tough for us to do so many things in such a tight deadline! Okay, let's drop the nightmare topic and see what we have done in these few weeks! First, The Point exhibition.

We are THE POINT!

From the very first discussion about this exhibition, proposed idea to lecturers, approved idea, photo shooting, coffee exchange, walking teaser until the day 24 November - Set up, display, launching and final exhibition. Thousand thanks to the people who were putting effort on this exhibition, it will not success without u guys, especially the president of The Point, your effort is truly amazes me! And of course thanks to the people who visited The Point!

Levain Boulangerie Patisserie, an european style cafe located at Jalan Delima off Jalan Imbi. It's definitely a nice place to have breakfast/brunch/teatime or even dinner with friends and families!
Levain is so classy from the exterior to interior, nicely decorated with french style! Food is so nice with such a reasonable price, cakes and breads are freshly baked from the oven and the environment is great. When i saw the bunting in front of the shop and i knew i am gonna love it much because they selling my fav macaroon!

Their spaghetti is so yummy! Seafood Creamy Pasta is awesome, Spaghetti Napolitan and the Pesto Tuna Pasta, price at RM9.90 !

Oh my favourite colorful cheerful delightful macaroon! Look at this, cute huh?
Yea this sweet thingy is too sweet for me but yet still so tempting!
RM3.30 per pcs and buy 6pcs and above get RM2.90 each!

I am strongly recommend this cafe to every of u guys! A nice place to hang out indeed!
I like this place first i visited and i pretty sure i will come back for their food again!

As my previous post #30 about a different dining experience that i had and here is the post about the restaurant - Tamarind Springs.

Tamarind Springs, an unique dining experience in Kuala Lumpur.
It was my first time had dinner with all the natural surroundings, so Fresh! A walkway leading you to the beautiful restaurant when you stepped into the door and the candle lighting, buddha statues, water fountains etc are welcoming you!
This restaurant located somewhere around Ampang area and it provides friendly services and delicious food! It has three different concept restaurants which is Indochinese, Italianese and MalayThai with serving different type of cuisines. Three of their design and interior are pretty awesome due to the traditional elements and the contemporary design mixed. (heard that Italianese cuisine restaurant is closing down end of the month, what a waste!)
Atmosphere at Tamarind Springs is exquisite, the ambience here is relaxing. Having dinner here feel like away from the busy urban life, it is kind of calm :)
Well, It's a place that definitely worth to go! Go for the pure and calm ambience, go for the well known food as well. It deserves a return visit for sure!

Hello Happy Deepavali everyone!
It is a public holiday in Malaysia, i think many of u guys had a great day right! To me, public holiday & weekends are meant to be spending time with family! Well, i've spent my day with family from the early morning until now, all along the way from Genting to KL, it was kind of fun :)

Photo sharing today is a red rose which bought from an indian kid beside Fahrenheit mall. Instead of celebrating Deepavali, the Indian boy selling roses along the street and yea no one really bother his business :( The Indian boy approached to us and asked 'Do you want to buy?' and few seconds after... yang felt so sympathy to him as it is a big festival to him but yet he is selling flower here, so he bought this bouquet of flower from him.
We hope that he can go back earlier as the time is late already and somehow i feel happy and contented :)

What's happening in town? yea that's UNIQLO in Fahrenheit 88.
Today as the official opening date for UNIQLO first ever Malaysian store, which is also the largest in South East Asia. The opening at 11am sharp and the Fahrenheit mall are fulled of people early in the morning, nothing else but people! I never thought that would be so packed, gosh!
The first customer who went to line up at 10pm last night! Oh he must be the TOP FAN of UNIQLO! Well, we are the 201 & 202th and managed to get the form!

What attracts me to go?
Be the first 500 hundred people to queue during the store opening and stand a chance to win five ‘All-Expense-Paid’ trips to Tokyo for two!
That's the reason although i know it is only 1% chance to win the tix haha but still wish me luck!

Thought it would be an easy job to do the journal but actually has quite a lot of things need to add in and it ended up printing for few days or this. Luckily the 'cashless' save the budget of printing and i only need to pay few bucks for the wire binding.

\ Global Knowledge Economy individual part and own reflection;
\ Mini Malaysia individual part and own reflection;
\ Class Notes about topics;
\ Referencing.

ms.trina mentioned if the journal without referencing then no need to submit! Referencing is kinda important to her but yet i am not really sure about the reference list i did is correct or not aiksss :x

The Digital Camera, Imaging and Media Show 2010 (DCIM) - Malaysia biggest photography imaging exhibition at MidValley Megamall. 29-31 oct, 2010.
It's quite packed with a lot people when I went to this exhibition in the afternoon. There are lot of equipments, accessories, gadgets, service are available. Besides, seminar of pro photographer, product demonstrations and service too! Variety of brand exhibitors showcasing such as Nikon Canon Sony Panasonic and etc. If you keen on photography, u should attend. If you want to buy a camera, you should attend too.

22 Cashless Solutions

We pay RM500 of resource fees each semester and we got this 'cashelss solutions' which actually worth RM 50 ONLY each card. This is a card that can use whenever you want to print anything in lab or library and it's only available in LKW.
Since it is my last semester in LKW and i won't have any chance to use the cashless card anymore, so, i print my journal and use the credit as much as i can! I bring my own paper which we are not allow to do so and print! haha cashless save my budget for printing this time! But u know it's kinda nervous when insert the paper to the printing machine and have to avoid of catching by those librarians and staffs, it was my first time to do this! Well the outcome consider ok and i can't expect it too perfect since i did not extra pay for the printing! So guys, use ur cashless card to finish up all the credit, don't waste any single cent of it as we paid RM500 ☹

14 Progress Review 2

This is the work plan for advertising class which i did on the week 3 of this semester! It's somehow like a personal schedule or time table that we need to follow the progression and step by step to finish our portfolio in time.
To be honest, i was not exactly follow this work plan and i totally mess up with so freaking briefs. Today, the progress review 2, which i supposed to show 5 briefs (15ads) , all are on screen executions to the lecturer, but i only have few of it. Gosh, its week 12 already and according to my work plan, my portfolio is getting done by the coming week.
Hahahaha i am mocking at myself when i saw my advertising briefs ideas, awful ☹

The progress review sounds important as i thought lecturer would giving marks to our progression so i tried my best to make as many execution as i can and rush to campus just for the TUTORIAL. But, it's only 10mins tutorial. It's not like a PROGRESS REVIEW although everything is 'OK' !
Yingwei even worse than me, she only had the precious 5mins as the lecturer was rushing wtf !

Today is 2010 2010, pretty date huh! But the progress review like spoiled the day :(

13 'Kolam'

The 'Kolam' is a form of sand painting using coloured rice powder and is often decorated at the entrance of Hindu homes. It is believed that the 'Kolam' provides as a welcoming gesture and it is said to bestow prosperity to homes.

The 'Kolam' festival last year which held at Pavilion shopping mall are quite awesome due to the sparkling crystallised Swaroski elements added on. Deepavali is coming soon and the 'kolam' festival of this year is around the corner! We BPD 8, Limkokwing students were joined the event this afternoon. To be honest, we were just paint a little bit part of it :p

The picture above is two peacocks, it believed that this brings fame, luck and promotes mutual respect. Fyi, there are three colorful kolam masterpiece in the mall, first is beside the Gucci, second is located at 3rd floor-in front of Paul Frank and the another one is opposite nichii, 4th floor. All of these are almost done, feel free to visit the kolam art in Pavilion in the coming weekends!

Acrophobia is an abnormal fear of height.
It's one of the most common phobias and sufferers can experience a panic attack in a high place or high floor building. Well, i suspected myself have this phobia as i really scare of height, i scare of riding cable car, i scare of the giant wheel like Singapore Flyer, Eye of Malaysia or London Eye, i scare of walking the drawbridge and also flyover!
When i first saw spider man who flying over here and there across all the high floor building in the movie will make me feel nervous too! It's kinda exaggeration but i just so scare of it so dun even say bungee jump or any others games which related to HEIGHT!
Look at the picture above, this is one of the game called 'SkyRide' in Sentosa, Spore. I actually played the game and told u it was pretty exciting game gosh! I got tears in eyes and keep screaming at the beginning! I dare not to move my butt any single inch, i dare not to look down and dun even enjoy of viewing all the scene beside. Well, you guys can give it a try, it's cool, really. Its waste for me but i just really scare of height!

Fyi, there are two Sushi King outlets at MidValley, one is located at the Lower Groud floor and the other one is at 3rd floor. Well, this photo is the Sushi King outlet at 3rd floor.
Look at the long queue! oh gosh hungry people.

People would rather spending time for almost one hour just to get the seat, some more they need to wait for the fresh sushi and waiting at the so called 'Pick-Up Point' just in case their favorite sushi will grabbed by someone else! Besides, the dinning atmosphere is messy and noisy but why there's still many people lining up?
This got to be one of my marketing assignment topic! hmm...
I got to analyze the consumer behavior.

All the decent Japanese cuisine you can find at here! I've forgot what's the name of those food we've ordered cos most of the name are in Japanese language! The sashimi are FRESH, all the set meal are in quite huge portion and served with miso, salmon, rice and chawan mushi for the side dishes! WORTH!

Another MUST order dished is the bbq grilled chicken/prawn/squid/bacon wrapped with veggie and eggs! Juicy and tastyyyy!

For authentic Japanese cuisine with simple and quiet atmosphere, then you can give it a try!

I went to this restaurant for dinner on last Saturday night.
It is a seafood restaurant located at PortKlang, along the riverside.

This restaurant famous of the freshly seafood, we have ordered 8 dishes and all of them were really taste good. I recommend u guys to go this place although it's quite hard to find but for the good food sake, it's really worth. Well, i do not have any yummylicious pic of food but the environment pics, look below ☟

Village Park Restaurant - Nasi Lemak

Nasi Lemak, it is called national dish, a national heritage of Malaysia. Nasi Lemak is widely eaten in Malaysia, you can buy it at the roadside stalls or u can have it in the restaurant. It's the food which possible to be eaten for the whole day, no matter breakfast, lunch, dinner or even supper. It just sounds perfectly to have it anytime.

Here's to introduce the best nasi lemak in town- Village Park, Damansara Uptown. It's not a newly opened restaurant but i just got to taste it again recently. Remember when my first taste of this nasi lemak was around two years ago. Now, the taste still. Yummy, delicious. I went on the weekends few weeks ago, it's crowded with lot of people and table all are full. It's always so crowded due to its popularity and it's really worth to wait. I was not able to capture nice pics in the restaurant so below are jus some of my photos and the NASI LEMAK.

Village Park selling variety of dishes such as fried ikan, ayam goreng, undang, sotong, longtong, asam laksa, mee rebus, curry mee, fish ball soup, chee cheong fun and etc. For the side order, you may have Roti Bun Daging, Roti Sambal, Roti Bakar, Half-boiled egg and etc. Yes, a lot, you can just simply add on these side dishes to make your plain nasi lemak taste better!

It's really taste good.
I even went there on the next day and have the same food as my lunch.

The food is tastes good, environment with the soft music background is feel relaxing, the paloraid photos and art in any form on walls are creative enough, decorations and furniture have their own characteristic as well as the sitting area from upstairs to downstairs are really good for photo shooting. That's why i got a lot of photos when i dined in here.

This is a restaurant located at Changkat Bukit Bintang, KL. Well, i never been here before but after reading some reviews and comment of this restaurant, i was quite wanted to explore and try it out! I love to try the new restaurant because iLoveFood! Somemore it's a restaurant with nice food and nice design, sure it wont miss out of my list! Now...

My 22nd Birthday Celebration

Soon, August is ending.
This August is a happening month for me. I actually had quite some activities in this month and most of them are pretty satisfied. Put aside all the frustrating thingy, i am gonna talk more about myself in this post! But still, i need to mention, the semester 8 is officially starts and it's already week 4 but yet i am still not ready for this. I am going to end up my study life after 4 months, how fast the time passed right! sigh for the thing that i haven't done and sigh for the thing i did isn't perfect but now i have no more time left, so i will try my best to make it better.

I've submitted an advertising assignment called - mission statement, while typing the mission statement, i am so worried about my future! What i exactly want to do next? i felt so lost.
I have no any clearer future decision but then i did the mission statement eventually with around nine hundred words. So, what i typed for this? Basically it was just about 'my ambition' . Too much thing i want to do and pursue but i felt that i am no able to make it now, maybe i am just so no confidence, but i can't set a goal which is so high although people always say 'aim the highest' but setting goal too high end up set myself up for disappointment when the things do not work out their way, yes i must admit this kind of thing happens always. So, i am searching for the right one.

Due to the final year semester, there's a lot more work to do, a lot exhibitions, campaigns, portfolio books and so on. A lot of more than you can expect and even can't breath sometimes. Wish me luck for this semester and wish me luck for my future! I do really hope that i have a bright future, this is not only for myself and also for my parents who have been feeding me for 22 years, and i know this is time for me to repay! Yes, of course i love my parents so much.

I've abandoned my blog for almost one month as i have no time to care about it. This August, i have lot of outings, birthday celebrations and the most exciting is the Macau Trip in the end of August! I enjoyed the days with family, so I can't wait for this FAMILY TRIP yahoooooo! So, this August is exactly opposite if compared to the last year.
August 2009 was just so terrible! I had internship project during August 2009, i met robbery, yes it was a scary frightening robbery, i had not my 21 birthday because the robbery was happened 3 days before my birthday, i was injured, i did stitch on my head, i had bandage on my hand and now i have scar on my body! Well, all those bad things are gone, i am wishing the good one is coming to me or even more!

5 days before august is end, hoping the happiness of this month will bringing down to the next months and so on. Counting down to my Macau trip in 4 days, cheers!

We lined up from 2pm to 530pm under the BIG SUN until the freaking gate opens and straightaway RUN to the surf beach! gosh jus like run 1000m in sports day finally tried our best to get the best standing area!

We have a photoshooting day with Yoyor on last weekends at Tasik Y, Batu Pahat!
Look at yoyor, he is a lovableeeee doggie hohoho!

Yoyor is a Pug. Pug is a "toy" breed of dog with wrinkly, short-muzzled face and curled tail. The breed has a fine, glossy coat that comes in a variety of colors and a compact square body with well-developed muscle. It is definitely suitable for families with children as Pug loves happening and likes to play with people!

Our house's pet-Yoyor. 1 and half yrs old.
Yoyor has large dark eyes with small ears. His face with wrinkle yet looks cute on him. His expression looks so innocent always and he likes to play with us! Sometimes, he can be very quiet but sometimes he will out of control, play wildly or run crazily!
Yoyor is not a yapper but it's funny when u heard he is barking for no reason! He can make u laugh and happy with some silly actions, he is a good companion to a family! Yoyor loves food, he will eat more if you feed him more, as my dad dotes on yoyor much, so i think yoyor is an overweight pug now! He feels wheeze easily after short distance walking or small exercise!
Actually yoyor had a surgery on his leg which has been injured since he is still small. Poor on him but now he is a healthy doggie, hope that yoyor healthy and energetic always!

I have been a couch potato for one week after back to Batu Pahat. I feel like resting at home and doing nothing until the new semester starts, but the boredom nearly kill me and I felt like wasting my time on eating, sleeping, surfing net and watching drama only, luckily ‘Greys Anatomy’ never fails to entertain me and now i'm going to finish the season 5! So, I always look forward to the weekends because it has lot of activities with family and i won't get bored anymore! Well, last weekends is pretty meaningful with my family on visiting “UK Farm” and photoshooting with our lovable doggie.

The ‘UK Farm’ is located somewhere around Kluang, Johor. It tooks 45 mins car distance from my house to get there! There’s 4000 sheeps which imported from indonesia, india and aus. Fruit plantation u can find at here also! Besides, goat feeding, ostrich feeding, horse riding, fishing provided if you stay at the resort! This is the first time visiting this farm with family and we took a lot of pics that day!

Weekends activitity – Sepang Gold Coast. We headed over Sepang all along the way from KL last 2 weeks. It needs almost one hour to reach the place! The view is nice actually just hate that was cloudy day! We actually quite look forward for the sunset but I dun even see the SUN! Take a look of this new tourist destination in Asia!

I love muffin especially chocolate muffin. Freshly hotly baked muffin is so tempting! Can you imagine the muffin covered by chocolate chips and it melts on all over the bread after baking, oh gosh I'm craving for one muffin right now, yea from coffee bean and tea leaf. It’s tender and moist yet fluffy, actually I love the chocolate chips the most! If you are a muffin person, I bet it could satisfy your taste buds with this delicious muffin! Noted: must be hotly baked one!

I was just too hungry at home and browse all my pics of last year. I found this my favourite muffin pic which I took at the coffee bean, somehow I just love this pic so much!

I prefer Starbucks than coffee bean because of my fav Green Tea Frappuccino with choco chips but that’s sad as it doesn’t selling chocolate muffin but chocolate banana muffin in Malaysia, so the coffee bean’s chocolate muffin become my first choice! well, I did try the Starbucks's chocolate banana muffin before, it tastes good too! Awwww I love muffins!

As i mentioned Starbucks M'sia doesn't selling chocolate muffin, so I tried it when i was in London. It is a chocolate muffin filled with belgian chocolate sauce, definitely made for chocoholic’s! If the staff able to heat it for me, it would be the heavenly taste! yummmmies :)

p/s* There’s nothing better with a hot muffin and your favourite cup of tea/coffee during the tea time breakkk! Aiks I jus really craving!
